If you’re looking at country clubs and gated communities, you have to check out Frenchman’s Reserve. There are many other country clubs around the area but there is just something special about Frenchman’s Reserve. It provides dozens of amenities and an all-inclusive community that you may just never want to leave.
Whatever the reason, Frenchman’s Reserve is set above the rest without breaking the bank. Homes are priced from about $400,000 to $2 million and everywhere in between. You can certainly find a home for around $500,000 along Chambord Terrace or an extravagant estate over the million dollar mark.
Currently, as of the publishing of this post, there are about 15 homes under $1 million for sale in Frenchman’s Reserve. There are also about 5 properties under $500,000.
The majority of homes priced under $500,000 are condos. These are location at the Chambord and were built in 2006. They offer spacious layouts of over 2,300 square feet and 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. Most of these, even the least expensive is move-in ready. Plus, you get all the added benefits of the country club life with swimming pools, equity membership and golfing.
If you’re in the market for a single family home you’re probably hitting the $900,000 mark with 4 and 5 bedroom options and layouts of over 3,000 square feet.
Most home have a required membership and optional golf membership, plus homeowners dues monthly. Some fees are one time and some are monthly. It’s best to understand all your payments and fees before looking into country club homes in Palm Beach Gardens, but once you do, you’ll be back.
