Abacoa consists of over 2000 acres of master-planned community, real estate neighborhoods and at town center. With so many unique communities, villages and neighborhoods, how will you know which meets your budget and your lifestyle the best? Here is a brief checklist to help you narrow down your search of the best home for your needs in Abacoa.

Are you looking for low maintenance? Do you prefer someone else do the landscaping, mowing, gardening and take care of the outside of the home? A Townhome or attached home may be suited for you in these neighborhoods based on price:

The Island has several townhomes to chose from built around 1999. Townhomes have about 1800 SF with 3 bedrooms and include ground maintenance.  Prices start about $230,000.

Somerset Condos – These condos were built in 2004 and feature high ceilings and Key West style porches and balconies. These condos start about $200,000 and features smaller two and three-bedroom layouts. These condominiums are two and three stories.

San Palermo features Mediterranean style townhomes and duplexes that were built around 2003. These homes start about $230,000 and are close to the town center. This would be ideal if you're looking at walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

Osceola is a three-story townhome building featuring Mediterranean-style homes with three bedrooms and two baths designed belting 2003. These townhomes are easy to maintain, feature homeowners association dues that cares for the grounds and landscaping and started about $220,000.

Mallory Creek have a combination of single family homes and townhomes but if you're looking for the townhome design with close access to the town center, these condominiums and villas may be perfect for you. The condos and villas at Mallory Creek start at about $300,000.

Greenwich features Caribbean and Mediterranean style architecture to an three-story townhomes specifically zoned for those who work, play and live at home. These are considered live/work townhomes and are centered around Greenway providing access to walking trails and the community center. These condos start at about $300,000.

Charleston Court features Victorian-style townhomes with homeowners dues around $500 and properties around 1800 ft.² of living space with a two car detached garage and a large patio as a divider. This is low-maintenance Victorian living at its finest.

Canterbury Place is a collection of homes and townhomes built by Centax in 2006. These condominiums and townhomes start at about $400,000.

Antigua features 280 luxury townhomes with two and three-story layouts built between 2004 and 2006. The homeowners dues included the care of the exterior maintenance and landscaping making these condos ideal for anyone looking for a low-maintenance option. These condominiums start at about $350,000.
