Two exciting new restaurants are coming to the Jupiter Country Club in November. The first is the Cove Restaurant. This is actually just a renaming of the Main Clubhouse. This beautiful new, remodeled restaurant will be a secluded sanctuary to relax after a roving round of golf or to just chill by the fire pit and enjoy a bocce ball game.
The Cove will feature a pub style menu during the day and upscale dining in the evening. There will also be all the current menus that change weekly for Friday and Saturday evenings. The Cove will feature special member events one Saturday each month and Sundays will feature fresh family-style dinners. The Cove will open on November 4 and will be serving food Monday through Sunday from 11 AM until 5 PM serving the pub menu. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, the Cove will be open from 5 PM until 8 PM serving all car dinners or family-style dinners on Sunday only.
The new restaurant is the Cay. This Island oasis has recently been reopened, renamed and refreshed. It will open in mid-December. The Cay will feature family-friendly cuisine for lunch and dinner with breakfast available on the weekends. This restaurant is perfect for grabbing a salad, slice of pizza or just a hot cup of coffee. In the evening, you can gather around the bar for cocktails or sample some of Chef David's famous tuna tacos or homemade donuts.
These two new restaurants are inspired by the menus of David Rodriguez, Jupiter Country Club's newest executive chef ,and Corinne Wysocki, the club's food and beverage director.
