There are currently about 684 properties, condominiums, townhouses, land and luxury estates for sale throughout the Palm Beach Gardens area. These are priced from $12,900 for a manufactured home on PGA Boulevard to $12.9 million for a single family estate house on Tillinghast Circle.
The average listing price currently is $527,583, up about 12% over last month and the median sales price is $316,500, up 5.5% or $16,500 from last year at this time. There are approximately 160 foreclosures and 31 open houses over the next week. The median list price is $475,000, up 3% over last year. The median days on the market are between 60 and 80 days. The median house size is approximately 3000 ft.² and the median price per square foot is currently $166, up 6% over last year, which was $156 per square foot.
The household and family income for Palm Beach Gardens is higher than the state average. The median household income is currently $59,776 and the state average is $38,819. Family income for Palm Beach Gardens and $74,548 with the state average of $45,625.
There are more homes in the $600,000 range than just about any other price range. These are for single-family homes primarily with three or four bedrooms and they may or may not be located within gated communities.
