There are currently just over 2000 homes and properties for sale in Jupiter Florida. These homes are priced from $120,000 for single family homes homes, foreclosures and auction properties to luxury homes from $8.5 million-$14 million.
Currently the average listing price for Jupiter real estate is eight and $10,000 which is up 5% over the end of January. The median sales price is currently $280,000, which is up about 2.1% over last year at this time. The average price per square foot remains about the same at $182. The number of sales is between 300 and 400 each month, which is down about 12% over last year.
A Look Back:
Looking back over the last 10 years, Jupiter hit its top median sales price of $430,000 in 2006 and gradually decreased until 2013. Last year was a record high year for the Jupiter area increasing median sales price of over $50-$60,000.
The number of sales hit the lowest in 2009 and has gradually increased to hit its highest this year over the last five years.
Some of the more popular neighborhoods continue to be The Bluffs, North Palm Beach Heights, Tuscany, Egret Landing and Indian Creek. Indian Creek and the Ocean Walk neighborhood had one of the highest week over week closing.
Homes in country club communities, gated neighborhoods, and luxury home naturally had higher listing prices and sales prices, however, there are a variety of homes not in country club or homeowners association.
