Welcome David Rodriguez to Jupiter Country Club

The Jupiter Country Club welcomes our new executive chef, David Rodriguez. Rodriguez was born and raised in northern New Jersey and is a graduate of the culinary Institute. In 1996 he made his way to South Florida working at the Costa d'Este Hotel in Vero Beach. He's been working at the La Gorce Country Club in Miami as well as in the hospitality industry. Rodriguez has open to restaurants in Stuart Florida and Lantana specializing in tapas and farm to table cuisine. Rodriguez is a proud father of two girls, one already a freshman in college and the other a junior. He's looking forward to creating a welcoming family environment with his delicious cuisine at the Jupiter Country Club.
