The city of West Palm Beach and the Office of Sustainability often has occasional tree giveaways as part of an effort to increase the areas a leafy canopy. For more information you can call 561-804-4994.

In celebration for Earth Day, West Palm Beach residents get to enjoy Trees for the Earth. This is part of the mayor's office of sustainability's continued 10,000 trees program. It's used to increase the canopy of the area and urban forests. They provide trees to West Palm Beach residents only. Starting at 10:00 AM, residents are able to get a free live oak (large tree), Dahoon Holly Tree (medium) or a small fire bush. One of the three of these trees or bushes are sure to be a great addition to your backyard or even your front yard.
