  • We have unique setbacks from the main road. This means that if you didn't know where the Walmart was, you probably wouldn't notice it from the street. People might think that the drawback but to us but we enjoy that natural beauty and landscape of our area and don't want to dot the skyline with billboards, commercial signs and industrial announcements. Our setbacks allow for a far more beautiful and natural looking area. The construction is not dense nor is allowed to be. There are requirements to how large buildings can be constructed, how high they can be and the type of commercialization they are allowed to portray. It's not loud and pockets of new construction have requirements on noise level, building materials and height.

If you are a foodie, Southeast Florida is teeming with hundreds of restaurants. And, I'm not talking about the type of restaurants that have a turnover or new location every five minutes. Our restaurants have been here for years and yet each and every one of them continue to put out amazing food at great prices. Think you have to wait on the weekends to get into your favorite restaurant? Think again! There's usually no wait at any restaurant and most of our restaurants feature amazing views, either of the ocean, the beaches, intercoastal waterways or lakes.

  • Places like Singer Island have seawall protection as well as accommodations for biking, running and jogging. It makes an excellent location for athletes as there are specific bike lanes, and sidewalks everywhere with no potholes and smooth roads.

Swimmers, athletes, and vacationers alike will love the North County pool in Jupiter. They have triathlons, intracoastal and ocean marathons, a variety of athletic events and activities as well as facilities for any level of athlete.

  • If you are an athlete you might consider purchasing most of your groceries at our new Trader Joe's near PGA National. With new renovations, the wishes food, organic offerings and fair trade groceries, this makes a great location around one of the most premier country club in the area.

There is no parking fees at the beach and there's always lots of space. You don't have to worry about crowded beaches when you visit either on the weekdays for the weekend because your space will almost always be available. There are miles of dog friendly beaches, space to layout, food shops and kiosks for every budget  as well as 160 restaurants within a 3 mile radius and some of the best shopping in the country.

With the new Harborside Outdoor Community opening over the next year, you'll be within walking distance to shops and restaurants, apartments and condominiums, office space and retail outlets.
