Our setbacks allow for a far more beautiful and natural looking area. There's no strip malls, we have building height requirements and no building can be more than three stories high.
The construction is not dense nor is allowed to be. There are requirements to how large buildings can be constructed, how high they can be and the type of commercialization they are allowed to portray. It's not loud and pockets of new construction have requirements on noise level, building materials and height.
